The Boneline shipping and ordering guide

The Boneline is proud to be a New Zealand owned business. All prices are in New Zealand Dollars.

We can only ship within New Zealand. For orders outside of New Zealand please contact us and we can organise shipment through www.nzwinehome.co.nz.

Credit card payments are processed securely via Stripe. We accept,

  • Credit cards from today’s leading card networks (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  • Payments using debit cards.
  • Digital wallets.
  • Google Pay.
  • Apple Pay.
  • Bank transfers.
  • Alipay.
  • WeChat.

The Boneline’s goal is for all our customers to be completely satisfied with their orders. We’re confident that our products represent excellent value for money, and we’re proud to guarantee every product you buy.

Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy
Money Guarantee
When you place an order with us this is your request for us to deliver the wines set out in your order. We are not obliged to accept all orders received and may decline these, for example due to overwhelming demand, or Legal age concerns or we are unable to ship to you’re delivery country. We will notify you when we have accepted your order and to confirm the expected delivery date.

Refunds
No refunds will be provided after wine is shipped. If wine is couriered and damaged in some way, or lost we will organise replacement stock for you. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to Contact us.

No Other Refunds
Other than in the circumstances outlined above, no returns will be accepted and no refunds will be made in respect of purchases you make via The Boneline Website. No returns will be accepted without a receipt or invoice. The Boneline does not accept returns outside of New Zealand.

What pricing does The Boneline show online?
Our online prices are for the supply of items in New Zealand and are shown in New Zealand dollars inclusive of GST. Of course prices do change from time to time and we reserve the right to do so.

How do I buy online?
Simply browse our selection of wines and add the wines you would like to purchase to your shopping cart. Once your have selected all the wines you would like to buy simply go to the shopping cart page. Here you will be able to review your order. If you are happy with your selections click “Proceed To Checkout”. Here you will be asked to input all your details to go with your order. Once you have filled out all the required fields click “Place Order”. You will now be transferred to a secure server to input your credit card details. If your transaction has been accepted your order has been placed. You will then receive an email from us to confirm your order.

How do I pay for an online order?
We accept payment by major credit cards. You’ll need to provide the details of your credit card each time you buy online with us as we do not store these details for your protection. Note, we cannot deliver to you until your credit card provider authorises the payment.

How secure is this web site, is it safe for me to buy online?
We use a third party secure payment service provided by Paystation or Paypal to process all credit card transactions.

Note, you need to re-enter your credit card number every time you wish to make a purchase and we always confirm payment authority with your Credit Card provider before accepting your order – this adds to your protection against hackers and thieves.

How do I return it?
If you’re unfortunate enough to receive a faulty or damaged product we’ll replace it, of course. Don’t destroy it, we’ll need the products returned to us. If you need to place a return please email us at sales@theboneline.co.nz and we will help to arrange this for you.

When and how does The Boneline deliver?
Our delivery service operates Monday (9am) through to Friday (5pm). Usually allow 1-2 days Akld, 2-3 days North Island, 3-5 days south Island and rural delivery.

Is the product protected in transit?
We use secure packaging for all deliveries.

I won’t be at home, but my son will, he’s 17 years old, can you deliver?
Sorry, we cannot, will not, deliver our products to anyone under 18 years of age. In fact if you look under 25 years of age you’ll have to provide I.D. to us upon delivery. Remember, if you use our site to purchase alcohol and are under 18 years of age then you’re breaking the law.

Is my privacy protected if I use this web site?
We respect your privacy and will protect it. We only disclose information to third parties where necessary e.g. your address to a third party courier when we are needing that courier to make a delivery to you.
